Frisivo serves as a platform connecting clients and stylists. We do not provide hair styling services directly. All services are provided by independent stylists who use our platform.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- One person may maintain only one account
3.2 Account Types
Client Accounts
For users seeking hair styling services. Clients can browse stylists, book appointments, make payments, and leave reviews.
Stylist Accounts
For professional hair stylists offering services. Stylists must provide verification of their professional credentials and maintain current licensing.
3.3 Account Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring all information remains current and accurate.
4. Booking & Payments
4.1 Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to stylist availability and approval
- Booking confirmations will be sent via email and in-app notifications
- Clients must provide accurate contact information for booking coordination
- Special requests or requirements must be communicated during booking
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store complete payment information on our servers.
Service Fees
Frisivo charges a small service fee on each transaction to maintain and improve our platform.
Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to individual stylist policies and must be requested through our platform within 24 hours of service completion.
4.3 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Late cancellations may result in partial charges as per stylist policy
- No-shows may be charged the full service amount
- Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis
5. User Conduct
All users must maintain respectful and professional behavior while using Frisivo. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
