1.1 Eligibility

- Users between 13-17 years old may use the service with parental consent
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

Your continued use of Frisivo constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services.

Frisivo is a digital platform that connects clients seeking hair styling services with professional hair stylists. Our services include:

Browse and search for professional hair stylists in your area
Booking Management
Schedule and manage appointments with selected stylists
Transparent Pricing
Show service prices and booking totals before confirmation
Reviews & Ratings
Leave and view reviews to help others make informed decisions
Important Notice
Frisivo serves as a platform connecting clients and stylists. We do not provide hair styling services directly. All services are provided by independent stylists who use our platform.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- One person may maintain only one account
3.2 Account Types
Client Accounts
For users seeking hair styling services. Clients can browse stylists, book and manage appointments, and leave reviews.
Stylist Accounts
For professional hair stylists offering services. Stylists must provide verification of their professional credentials and maintain current licensing.
3.3 Account Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring all information remains current and accurate.
4. Booking & Payments
4.1 Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to stylist availability and approval
- Booking confirmations will be sent via email and in-app notifications
- Clients must provide accurate contact information for booking coordination
- Special requests or requirements must be communicated during booking
4.2 Payment Terms
Payment Arrangements
Clients pay stylists directly at the appointment using a method agreed with the stylist. Frisivo does not currently collect deposits or service payments.
Frisivo Fees
Frisivo does not currently charge clients a booking or payment-processing fee.
Payment Disputes
Because payment is made directly, refunds and payment disputes must be resolved directly with the stylist.
4.3 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Stylist-specific cancellation terms must be communicated separately
- Frisivo does not currently collect cancellation or no-show fees
- Emergency cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis
5. User Conduct
All users must maintain respectful and professional behavior while using Frisivo. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
Harassment & Discrimination
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind
- Offensive language or inappropriate communications
- Unwanted advances or inappropriate behavior
Fraudulent Activity
- Providing false or misleading information
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Fraudulent payment activities or chargebacks
Platform Abuse
- Attempting to circumvent our booking or payment systems
- Scraping or unauthorized data collection
- Spamming or excessive promotional activities
Consequences of Violations
Violations of these conduct rules may result in warnings, account suspension, or permanent termination from the platform. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

- We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or outcomes of stylist services
- Users engage with stylists at their own risk and discretion
- We are not liable for disputes between clients and stylists
7.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frisivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or services obtained through our platform.
7.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frisivo from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your interaction with other users.
8. Termination
8.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion option in your settings. Please note that termination does not automatically cancel pending bookings.
8.2 Termination by Frisivo
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our platform and users.
8.3 Effect of Termination
- Access to your account and platform features will be immediately suspended
- Outstanding bookings and payments will be handled according to our policies
- Some provisions of these terms will survive termination
- You may request data deletion in accordance with applicable privacy laws
